About the Role: An exciting opportunity to excel in community pharmacy working with a very supportive and innovative organisation, committed to growing the business. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the pharmacy staff in the delivery of excellent customer service with a primary focus on staff supervision and team morale, and the growth of the pharmacy as a health care destination, providing a range of high quality professional services and advice. You will work alongside with another pharmacist and 2 pharmacist technicians and 2 shop assistance. This position is to cover a maternity leave for 12 months with possibility to become full time position.
Hours per week 38-40 - Extra hours available if you wish
Scripts per day: 200
Med checks: 600
A high level of clinical knowledge and demonstrated willingness to maintain and expand that knowledge
Demonstrated ability to create new relationships and managing existing ones, building customer loyalty
Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a team to success in a fast-changing and competitive market
Experience and ability in setting, monitoring and managing budgets and other key business management
Demonstrated customer service focus, including experience ineffective counselling and interactions with customers/patients

To Be Successful In This Role:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent tertiary qualification
Current registration with AHPRA
Be an effective and inspiring leader

A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
Provide quality care and services in a Forward Pharmacy model
