Hourly rate: $45 - Negotiable according to experience
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on manager with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude who can develop and inspire your team to meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer.
Scripts per day: 200

Minimum 1 year experience requiered
You will ideally demonstrate the following:
Previous experience managing a busy dispensary
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals
Ability to work as part of a small team and relate to a diverse range of people
Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
Empathetic nature and understanding of people's needs
Your Duties:
Buying and stock control managed within Pharmacy requirements
Banking and financial systems implemented and monitored
Regulatory controls and security processes implemented and monitored
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to grow the business. Committing to advertising and promotions within the guidelines communicated by management.
Manage daily Human Resources planning, queries and follow up, provide feedback on performance to team members
Concerns regarding remuneration or any serious performance issue leading to possible termination must first be discussed with the Pharmacy Group Manager
Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented
May not sell below established discount limits.
Must follow the company's policies, procedures and ethos.
To Be Successful In This Role:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent tertiary qualification
Current registration with AHPRA
Great communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
