About the Location:
This beautiful historic town set on the banks of the Darling River. There is much to see and do in and around the Bourke region! Discover historic landmarks, Aboriginal culture, as well as outdoor adventure in national parks within easy driving distance of Bourke town. Located 4 hour driving to Dubbo.

About The Role:
Working as part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for the day to day tuning of the dispensary including dispensing, counseling customers, stock ordering and control. DD safe, PPI recording and claiming, DAA packing and checking. Professional  clinical services offered. This is a contract for 3 to 6 months with potential to extend to a Full-Time role. You will work along side with 2 Dispensary Technicians, 1 Intern and another Pharmacist.
  • Hourly rate: Up to $55 - Negotiable according to experience
  • Hours per week:  40
  • Scripts per day: 800
  • Webster pack: Yes
  • Dispense: FRED
  • Methadone: Yes
  • Nursing Home: Yes
  • Trading hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pm with potential every second Saturday morning in the future.

Your Duties:
  • Prepare, dispense and supply medications
  • Liaise with other medical professionals
  • Attending to patient inquiries and requests
  • Counselling customers about medications
  • Customer Service inquiries

To Be Successful In This Role:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ongoing and team oriented
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Strong  communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
  • A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
  • High levels of integrity and honesty with commitment to expected levels of customer services and support
